Recruitment Project

GBCS was founded in 2021. 
As the very first Human Resources Director,

I collaborated with the president and
conducted the very first recruitment project.

Objectives

Society Growth

Aim to attract motivated student leaders who could contribute to the society’s growth and create a dynamic team for Next semester

Positive Environment

Create a positive environment that encourages collaboration and respect among board members by setting clear expectations and providing adequate resources and support 

Building Foundation

Build a strong foundation for future recruitment processes. This included creating and updating job descriptions, setting society goals, and implementing a marketing plan for recruitment.

Strategy

GBCS strategy involved a multi-faceted approach. I sought feedback from all board members and updated our role descriptions based on their ideas. I also leveraged social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn for marketing our open positions. The application process was designed to be thorough yet accessible, with an emphasis on commitment and eagerness to learn. Post-application, we conducted interviews and sent personalized emails to successful candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.

his project showcases my ability to create effective HR strategies from scratch and my commitment to fostering a positive and productive environment in a student-led organization. It stands as a testament to my leadership skills and my ability to adapt and innovate in a new role.
